1.Spends majority time in face to face customer interaction outside of the property.
2.Develop & maintain accounts ( Corporate/ Relocation agents) assigned by DOSM.
3.Prospects new business through phone solicitation, sales calls, site inspections, sales blitzes, direct mail & other customer interactions.
4.Achieve personal KPI & milestone of sales initiative.
5.Maintain & updates sales activity records manually & electronically as required on daily basis.
6.Any other responsibilities assigned by DOSM.
